Toughened safety glass

Toughened glass is float glass passed through a heat process which tempers the glass making it toughened glass, this does not mean it is unbreakable but is up to five times stronger than normal glass, however it will break under stress and disintegrate in to small granules.

Can you replace a double glazed unit on my door or window?

Yes we can but would have to makle it safe initially as the double glazed unit will need to be manufactured and in a door will take 3-5 working days as it will need to be toughened safety glass or laminated safety glass

However a window which may be noon toughened we can normall replace the next wworkingg day as we manufacture all our own no jtoughened sfatey glass units.

How quickly will you respond?

We will get out to you as quickly as possible, on an emergency we normally attend within 1 to 2 hours of your telephone call

Can I pay by Credit/Debit Card?

Yes we accepat most credit cards and all debiot cards - We do not accept cheques

Can you replace the glass on your first visit?

If we attend during the day and its glass that we carry in the vans, then Yes, if not we can make your property safe by either boarding up or applying a protective security film to the glass in order that it does not fall out, this is decided by the glazier at the time of his ataendance.

Is the emergency glazier a sub contracter?

No, all our glaziers are experianced and full time with us and us alone, we do not employ or instruct sub contract glaziers.
